Are Essential Fitness wraps sold in pairs?
Yes, with each order of wraps you are a buying a set. One wrap for each wrist.
When will my order arrive?
How quickly your order arrives varies and depends on your order as well as your location.
T-Shirts – All shirts are printed weekly in our shop, you can expect these to be shipped out within 3-5 days of your order.
All Other Orders – We ship out all other orders within 24-48 hours of receiving orders so that you get your order as quickly as possible. Once we process your order and ship it you will get a tracking number where you can check the delivery of your order. You can always contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions about your order.
U.S./Domestic Orders: Typically orders in the U.S. will arrive within 2-5 business days once shipped.
International Orders: These orders typically will take longer as we are shipping from the U.S. and shipping outside the country there are delays due to customs, weather and other things that are outside our control. The time frame for these orders is anywhere from 1-4 weeks typically once shipped.
Sometimes on international orders there can be additional fees that can incur like customs tax, tarifs, etc. If you aren’t sure if your country charges these taxes be sure to check with your local government if these fees could apply to shipments coming in from outside your country. Also keep in mind that it is not us that is charging these taxes and we are not responsible for these additional fees if they incur.
Pre-Orders: These items are subject to an estimated wait time and these times are subject to change from time to time. Every pre order will have a specified time frame when you can expect to receive your order and of course you can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
We ask that you would first start by checking the USPS tracking information that was provided to you when your order shipped. If the address that was provided to us was not the correct address and the wraps are returned to us, we will gladly reship your order to you at no charge. If in the rare case that your order is in fact lost after waiting the appropriate time for the order to be delivered, we will replace your order.
International Orders: These orders take longer to be delivered but if the appropriate amount of time has passed and your order is indeed lost we will refund you the purchase price of your order after 30 days after the order date. The longer period is because many delays happen in international orders and many orders show up within this time period.

How much is shipping?
Currently we offer free shipping on all orders to the U.S. and Canada. If you want to know how much it would cost to ship internationally you can contact us or you can go to the checkout screen and enter in your country to see the shipping cost.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
